鄒靜,女,1979年生,副教授,2013年畢業于天津科技大學發酵工程專業,獲工學博士學位。
多年以來,一直從事微生物發酵方面的教學與研究工作。先後參與國家自然基金2項,主持河北省科技廳課題2項,河北省教育廳項目1項,秦皇島市科技廳科技支撐項目1項,參與省級課題2項,擔任市級工程技術中心主任。在國内外學術刊物上發表學術論文20餘篇,其中SCI索引4篇,授權發明專利3項。
研究方向:
(1) 闆栗、山楂等農産品的生物高值化加工;
(2) 生物防腐劑的開發及抑菌機制的研究;
(3) 具有優良釀造特性的食品微生物篩選
