鄒靜，女，1979年生，副教授，2013年畢業于天津科技大學發酵工程專業，獲工學博士學位。

多年以來，一直從事微生物發酵方面的教學與研究工作。先後參與國家自然基金2項，主持河北省科技廳課題2項，河北省教育廳項目1項，秦皇島市科技廳科技支撐項目1項，參與省級課題2項，擔任市級工程技術中心主任。在國内外學術刊物上發表學術論文20餘篇，其中SCI索引4篇，授權發明專利3項。

研究方向：

(1) 闆栗、山楂等農産品的生物高值化加工；

(2) 生物防腐劑的開發及抑菌機制的研究；

(3) 具有優良釀造特性的食品微生物篩選
